Important Dates

February 2024 - Applications are open. Application forms are available to download at the bottom of this page.

March 22, 2024 - Application deadline. Email your application to us at info@motorcyclingcanada.ca. $200 Deposit due.

Rider must also have a 2024 CMA Competition License. Riders can apply for this online, at this link.

March 29, 2024 - Team Selections determined and riders notified.

April 5, 2024 - Additional $800 Deposit due for team members.

April 30, 2024 - CMA register Club Teams.

May 6, 2024 - Riders create FIM Profile (link will be provided).

May 15, 2024 - Riders must submit their FIM licence applications.

May 31, 2024 - Additional $1,000 Deposit due for team members.

June 10, 2024 - CMA approves and registers all teams with FIM.

July 31, 2024 - Remainder of payment due for team members, to cover FIM Licence, Entry Fees, and Accommodations.

August 2, 2024 - CMA finalizes teams with FIM. All registration fees and paperwork are now complete.

Pricing and Payments
Payments should be made by etransfer to ceo@motorcyclingcanada.ca
Deposits
Team members will be required to send deposits to cover the following costs:

Entry Fee - 1050 Euro

FIM License Fee - $465 Canadian (World Trophy / Junior World Trophy) or $345 (Women's World Trophy or Club Teams)

Accommodations (to be determined)
Final payment adjustments will be made once fees, accommodation and exchange rates are determined.
Support Personnel
Riders are not required to bring support personnel. If anyone does plan to accompany the rider, you must send an additional deposit of $500.00 per person, by April 19, 2024. The balance must be paid when final accommodation costs are calculated.
Bike Rental
Riders are responsible for renting service, and renting their motorcycle.
Rental information will be available on the www.FIM-ISDE.com website.
Prices for rental and service will be announced once confirmed.
Bike Shipping
Shipping arrangements and costs are being determined; riders who require shipping will be notified. Shipping costs are not included in the above deposit fees.
