    New Q-138(f) Tether type kill switches are recommended.
Mandatory beginning in 2019.
CROSS COUNTRY / HARE SCRAMBLES
    Change Q-71(a)
Q-271(a)
“starts must be dead engine starts” now reads
The type of start will be determined by the Referee.
    Change Q-266(c) Now reads
A technical inspection must be carried out which includes a helmet check. Where possible a sound test will be carried out. The decision to do a sound test, and the number of machines and method of selecting them is at Referee’s discretion.
ICE RACING
    Delete R-4(e)(iv) “and curved toward the front of the machine”.
SPORT CODE AND ALL DISCIPLINES
APPROVED HELMETS
    Change ECE is modified to read 22-05 “P” Only.
